DOS has established well-proven and practical project management methodologies.  These methodologies have been developed and refined through regular formal reviews of all business and projects undertaken by the company. DOS appoints a point of contact’ and guide the team in the management of resources, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communications and after sales services like maintenance and training.
